  • The scale is only one way to measure your progress.

    Styku is a 3D body scanning technology that allows clients to easily track their fitness progress. Clients stand on a rotating platform, while a harmless infrared sensor captures their body’s shape and composition. In a matter of seconds, Styku accurately recreates their body in 3D; revealing detailed information about their body’s measurements. These captured images are replicated into 3D models. These models can be compared side by side to see where the client has lost inches throughout their fitness journey. Since fat takes up more volume than muscle, the image will show how the body becomes lean as fat is reduced, even if the scale does not change.

  • Some diets focus on calories in versus out as a manner of weight management. Those diets are focused on the basal metabolic rate which calculates using the patient’s gender, weight, height, and age. This calculation determines the amount of calories are burned at rest. The metabolic analysis allows for a more specific measure. This will take help alleviate the uncertainty with diet plans, as we will design a plan to fit the client’s metabolism rather than try to change the client to fit the plan.
