Hormone Replacement Therapy
SoMD Wellness is not contracted with any insurance company, and cannot file claims to insurances on behalf of clients. Hormone replacement therapy may be considered covered by your insurance and/or be FSA/HSA eligible. We advise all of our patients check with their health administrators for eligibility. Patients can use their HSA/FSA debit cards to pay for their services while scheduling. Payments are non refundable and non transferable. Request a letter of medical necessity and/or an itemized receipt here.
Virtual Consultation $200
All patients interested in starting the pellet program will have an initial consultation with a medical provider
The cost of labs are not included in the cost of the office visit.
